Western Forge and Flange Co. carries an extensive inventory of raw materials. We currently stock over 130 alloys including: stainless, duplex, chrome moly, nickel, high nickel, copper nickel, aluminum, titanium and more.

Your One Stop Shop for Quality Forging
All incoming materials are inspected to ensure optimum quality. These alloys can be furnished as flanges; custom forging, forged fittings, rings, cones, blocks, bars, rounds, and cylinders, or forged and machined to your dimensions and specifications.

We have developed a sophisticated quality assurance system to support the highest demands of our customers. Our quality assurance manual is in accordance with NCA 3800 and MIL-I-45208A.

WFF metallurgists offer customer support from the initial inquiry through delivery of the finished product. Our specialists oversee the inspection of all incoming materials to ensure optimum quality. All production procedures are monitored including heat treatment, testing and final inspection.

Our products can be ordered to a variety of material standards including: ASTM, ASME BPVC, AMS, MIL-STDS and NACE. We work towards meeting the needs of our customer’s special requirements.
